1. Non-Refundable CD Keys

At PixelRush, we sell digital CD keys that grant access to specific software, video games, or digital content (“Products”). All CD key purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchased CD key, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

3. Refund Procedure

  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant proof or evidence supporting your claim

4. Refund Processing

  1. Upon receiving your refund request and verifying its eligibility, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

  2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. However, depending on the payment method and your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
